Amongst the maze of narrow streets of Barcelona's El Born district stands The Dancing Glass. It's a bit difficult to find, though - no velvet rope guards the entrance, the nondescript door indistinguishable from those around it. No secret knock will get you inside; rather, it's an email you need!
So, what is The Dancing Glass? Not long ago a trio by the name of Luke, Melissa, and Christian created a supperclub to pay homage to the grand tradition of Spain - tapas - and as an excuse to explore the markets of Barcelona. Now we have the good fortune of cooking up creative menus, made from Barcelona's finest, for a small group of friends every several weeks.
The six course menu, complete with signature house cocktails and a healthy amount of Spanish wine, is set to the sound of conversation between friends and strangers, travelers and locals, as well as the murmurings of an old record player.
